Your surgery date will be locked down in your surgeon's books. This fee will apply to the total surgery cost. This fee is non-refundable in case of booking cancellation. Rebooking is available without penalty within a three-week window from the original date. After three weeks have elapsed, the Surgery Date Reservation Fee will be lost.
